Snowwww!

Last week, we got a lot of snow!!! For around here. I am sure people from the north are laughing at our measly 3 inches. But, those 3 inches just shut.us.down. I worked from home Tuesday afternoon through Friday. Poor William; we just do not own snow-friendly clothes!! He had to go out in two pair of pants, two pair of socks, two jackets, a hat, and gloves that are for an adult. Ha!

Tuesday night, as the snow started, we took a walk to the mailbox just to show him. He was SO excited!!! "It's snowing, daddy!!!" He did not want to go back in, but we promised that when he woke up in the morning, there would be lots to play with!!

Wednesday morning, we could hardly get through breakfast fast enough before getting outside. William wanted to take a walk, build a snowman, etc. We tried to make a snowman, but the snow we had was just too powdery. I was sad, because ever since Frozen, we hear about snowmen all.the.time., so it would have been fun to make one with him! We tried to make snow angels and the picture of Robbie making his cracks me up. He looks like a little kid! William wasn't too sure about lying down in the snow. We stayed out about 30 minutes, and I was freezing!!!

A couple hours later, we went back out and FaceTimed with Grandma and Grandpa. We decided to use the laundry basket as a sled, and William LOVED that! We have a small hill right beside our house, and he just laughed and laughed as he came down. Our sweet neighbors saw us, and brought us over their tube. So fun!!! I love the videos below, especially the one where he tips over, and says, "Everyone ok?" Sweet boy!!

Hopefully we are done with snow for the year, haha, but it was fun to show William and have a couple days at home!!
