Disney Day 2!

Our second day was spent at Hollywood Studios! Since William had fallen asleep the night before at Downtown Disney, I had to show him all of his new goodies, ha! He was so excited for a light up Buzz Lightyear and his Buzz ears!

We all headed to the bus stop early. This particular morning, we were having breakfast at Hollywood & Vine at Hollywood Studios, so we had to be out at the bus stop at like 8:15. Shew. We were so excited!

The sun was SO bright, we quickly realized W needed some shades! ;)

Y'all, I can't say enough good things about Hollywood & Vine. It was another character meal, this time with Handy Manny, Jake, Sofia, and Doc. William LOVES Disney Junior, so I knew it would be a hit! But we loved it too! They were very interactive and always coming around to our tables. Any fear that William had the night before at Chef Mickey's was dissapated here haha! He would holler out when he saw a character coming - "There he/she is!! Here he/she comes!!" William did not want to sit down and eat haha. He loved dancing at the front of the room, and participating in the little parade around the restaurant. Sofia even grabbed his hand one time, and they held hands all the way around the restaurant. He still talks about "Sofia held MY hand!" We did not feel rushed at all, and the food was awesome. I don't even like breakfast food, but they had insanely good food. So, they get an A+ lol!

After breakfast, we knew we wanted to head over to meet Woody and Buzz. William was most excited to meet them, I think, and their line is always long. We waited around 45 minutes, but it wasn't bad because of all of the props they had set out to play with and look at. William loved getting in Buzz's spaceship, strapping himself to Sid's dinomite, and standing with the aliens. When it was finally our turn, William was just star struck! I *almost* wanted to cry! It is just so sweet. He has talked about NOTHING for weeks other than "Woody/Buzz", so it was SO fun to see it happening! They were so sweet too, and we took our time and got tons of pics from the Disney photographer, and of course their autographs.

We got to meet a green army man before getting in line!

After Buzz and Woody, we had a FastPass for Disney Junior Live on Stage. We saw it last year, and it was the same story, but it was more fun for William this year. He loved it!

Next, we stood in line for Voyage of the Little Mermaid. It was a show, and really cute. I LOVE The Little Mermaid. It is probably my favorite movie. I took the picture below at my favorite part. It always makes me well up with tears! When King Triton turns her into a human at the end, and says how much he will miss her. SO SWEET!!!

We did a few more fun things, including using a FastPass for Toy Story Mania (We LOVE it!!!), and then Robbie and I used a FastPass for the Tower of Terror. I LOVE that we got the Memory Maker package, because we got all of our ride pictures, and they are hilarious! I LOVE Tower of Terror.

We also rode Rockin' Rollercoaster for the first time! We had heard SO much about it, and last time just didn't have time! William and Mama had lunch while we waited in line and rode. We met the nicest couple in line who prepared us for what was to come haha. This picture was taken as the you literally catapult out on the track, going from 0 to ridiculously fast, in like 2 seconds. It was a great ride!

You will definitely notice that we stopped for lots of characters, in each park. That was a big difference from last year. We were so lucky with the crowds though. The longest line for anything was maybe 45 minutes. We happened to luck up with Mike and Sulley, and were like 5th in line, right as they walked out. William walked right up to Sulley and roared at him, and asked if he scared him! Haha!! I Love the Monsters movies, so I was excited to meet the real monsters. ;)

We went to yet another character spot, where we met Mickey, Minnie, Wreck It Ralph, and Vanellope. William could not get OVER Minnie. He ran right to her and just hugged for like five minutes. She just kept giggling. I think we  could have left him with her and he would have been fine.

After meeting the characters, we rushed over to Robbie's favorite - the Indiana Jones show! He loves it!!

Since we had a snack lunch, we were ready for dinner at Pizza Planet. It's not the best pizza, but because of W's love for Toy Story, we wanted to go there again. It was so nice, that we sat outside. Most of you probably know, I do NOT sit outside, ha! But we had the best weather. No rain, all sunshine, and high 70's. Perfection!

After dinner, we rode the Great Movie Ride. Of course, it is a lot of older movies, but it is a nice change to all sit down together and ride through. William just loves riding on things! Before it started, the nice girl who worked at the ride took William around all of the footprints and showed him his favorite characters. So sweet! My favorite part was the Wizard of Oz, but I never did get a picture of it.

To end the night, we went to the 8:30 showing of Fantasmic!! It is our favorite nighttime show! We had great seats this year. William had his light up Buzz, and was excited to use it! He snacked on popcorn while waiting for it to start. We also FaceTimed with the Butchers, so W could say hi to Molly! Fantasmic is just amazing. My favorite part is when all of the characters come out at the end on a boat. So sweet!!

Mickey pretzel!

We made it back to the resort, and were beat! ;) William was obsessed with this window at our resort that had all of the collector Vinylmation characters in it. He always wanted to go look in the window. We needed to get some rest, because the next day was reserved for Animal Kingdom!!!
