BFF Weekend Times Two

Shelley, Brandon, and Conner surprised us by coming up 2 weekends ago! We had so much fun. They got here on Saturday morning and we wasted no time! We went to Mexican for lunch and then shopped at Crabtree until Robbie got off work! Shelley shocked us all by saying she wanted to try The Angus Barn that night. She had heard us say so many good things about it!! While Robbie got changed, Mama heading to AB to put our name on the list. I figured there was NO way we would be eating there that night, since we definitely did not have reservations. Mama somehow got the lady to work us in, and we only waited about 35 minutes. We had a delicious meal and Shelley especially LOVED the steak! LOL. William was ready to eat as soon as we sat down so after having a full tummy of cereal and sweet potatoes and corn, he was grumpy and passed out in my arms for the entire meal! The next morning, we all went to Southpoint Mall and had lunch at California Pizza Kitchen and shopped some more. After Babies R Us, they headed back to EC!! It was so much fun having them visit! We hope that Conner and William will be BFF like us!! ;)

This past weekend, my other BFF, Erica, came up! We love when she visits. She came Friday night and went to dinner with us. We then headed home and got William ready for bed. Saturday morning, we got ready and went to lunch with Mama and Robbie. After that, we went to Edible Art (Erica had heard us talk sooo much about their wonderful cakes and wanted to try them!) We went to Cameron Village where we scored The Elf on a Shelf for 1/2 off (yes!!!) and another precious outfit for William (the last one bought by us this season, seriously). We went to Fujisan for dinner when Hannah got off and met up with Erica's brother and his girlfriend. A trip to Petsmart, Home Goods, and DQ was the finish to Saturday! William loved strolling around Brier Creek - he loves being outside. We got him ready for bed and had a good time talking about things before going ourselves....just to be woken up by a terrible hailstorm. Ugh, it was scary!!! Sunday morning, Erica left early to get home and we went to a late lunch at the Farmer's Market. They have the best food!
