Playdate, Papa, and a Party!!

The first weekend in February, we were busy! Playdates are super fun now that everyone can walk and actually play, haha! It also gives us mamas a chance to dish about everything! ;) Courtney offered to host us again. She made delicious WW friendly pineapple upside down shortbread. They were amazing. William and I were first to arrive, and he and Davis started right in, playing with everything! Molly and Ashley got there right after us. Molly and William were EVERYwhere. William found a rocking horse in the front room, and wouldn't leave it alone, so Courtney had to bring it in the living room! He is a mess. We had a great visit!! Thanks for hosting, Courtney and Davis!!

That afternoon, Papa stopped by on his way from the mountains and visited. William did lots of showing off for him! Brought over all of his toys and even rode his Thomas train for him!

Sunday was Super Bowl Sunday!! Robbie had to work until 3, so I headed to the grocery store after church for a few more necessities for that night. This year, Tanya wanted to host, which was fine with me, haha!! Robbie and I usually throw a small party, but it was nice to just show up! I made key lime fudge and bought some mozzarella sticks. We had a great spread of food! William and Molly ate their dinner on the floor and didn't mind a bit. We had a fun time celebrating, and left after the halftime show. Robbie was pouting about missing the game on our short ride home, but it turns out, he didn't have to worry - the great blackout occurred and the lights were back on by the time we got William in bed!
