Fun Weekend!!

We had such a fun weekend!! Robbie's parents decided to come up, and we were excited! Robbie had to work Saturday, but he got off around 3:30, so we still had plenty of time for fun. They arrived around 11:30 and took William and I out to lunch and then we ran a few errands. We just hung out around the house until Robbie got off. Leroy was able to fix our Honda's air conditioning, which was sooo awesome!! We have been sweating in that bad boy for a year!  Linda and Leroy invited Laura and Caleb and their girls over for a cookout that evening, along with Mama and Hannah. We had so much delish food; hot dogs, hamburgers, corn on the cob, baked beans, potato salad! We even had a cake and ice cream for Leroy's birthday. (And Robbie and I were embarrassed when everyone sang Happy Anniversary to us haha!)

We had a great dinner and then all headed over to the pool for a couple hours. Eleanor and William could NOT get enough of the slide!!! I even went down it a couple times! It was so nice to not have to worry about sunscreen OR large crowds, since we went so late. Robbie's highlight of the night was hearing Lucy's new word, "Robbie". It is clear as a bell and we were just all laughing so hard that she chose that word to say haha! We had a blast for 2 straight hours and by then I think everyone was getting sleepy! Poor William could hardly stay awake through his bath. Thanks Robinsons for coming over, we had so much fun!

Sunday, Robbie had to work again. His parents went to Sunday school and church with William and I. We went to lunch at Robbie's store and then they left to head home. We had such a great visit!! That night, Robbie and I just had leftovers from our cookout and relaxed. Perfect end to a great weekend!
