October Wrap Up!

Can y'all even believe tomorrow is November?!?! I feel like October flew by! I did a ton of blogging this month (by my standards, anyway), but there are always a few cute pictures to throw in! ;)

Our church hosted a marriage conference last weekend led by Bob and Rosemary Barnes. It was awesome!!

Yesterday, we had William's two year check up. Yes, a month late. Shew. We are again, so very very thankful for such a healthy boy! The doctor answered a lot of questions about his development, and he passed! ;) Praise the Lord for His blessings!

He remains our tall and skinny boy. He was 35.5 inches tall (70%) and 26.2 lbs (24%). The doctor saw no cause for concern in anything, and definitely did some showing off of his talking/climbing/drama abilities. He had to get his second round of Hepatitis A and a flu shot. We had some tears, but all was better when promised another visit to the turtle tank in the waiting room!

Next check up isn't until he is THREE!! Wow!

Hill Ridge Farms

On Sunday, we ~~lost our minds~~ decided to go to church, lunch, Hill Ridge Farms, and back to church for BLAST! We were beat! We did have a great time, though. Ashley and Willie invited us to go with him, so we were looking forward to all going together! We grabbed lunch after church at our fave spot, Dickey's, with Ashley, Willie, Laura, Caleb, and all their girls! ;) So much fun!

Hill Ridge Farms is in Youngsville, but it wasn't a bad drive. It was pretty warm that day, so we were hot! Haha. William and Molly had a good time together, and Mama just loved watching it all happening. It was busy busy, but we stayed for a couple hours and had a fun time walking around, playing in the hay shed, feeding the fish, exploring the teepee, fort, the maze, going through tunnels, and finally, a hayride. We rode the hayride to the pumpkin patch and picked out our pumpkins! William had the best time picking them up and picking them out! Thanks, Ashley and Willie, for inviting us on such a fun adventure!
