Friday, I worked from home. William played and played all day long. I built a barricade of his jumperoo and a dining room chair so that he could not escape. This was a good idea until our skittish Riley decided to come through the barricade, and got spooked halfway through and FLEW through it, knocking William over in the process. He cried and cried. He wasn't hurt, just scared!! Poor Riley went and hid too. He was so sweet, wanting to be held and snuggle up real close to me. I took major advantage. I fixed lemon chicken for dinner in the crockpot. It really didn't turn out that great...so at the last minute, we ran to Outback to get some dinner. William enjoyed their mac and cheese and bread!

Saturday morning, Robbie opened. Mama stayed the night Friday night so she was there Saturday. We ate the leftover lemon chicken for lunch. After lunch, she left to go run some errands and our new friend Erin came over! We had such a good time just talking and getting to know each other better. She and I both worked at IBM at the same time, but didn't really know each other there. We were reintroduced at Michelle's baby shower last weekend and decided to get together again! She met William, we watched him play for a while, then he went down for a nap and we talked some more! :) We had so much fun!! Robbie came home around 3:30. After Erin left, the 3 of us ran to Target...spent wayyyyyy too much money! And I had a small list!! That place just is a trap! Robbie picked out a Redskins colored sweater for William for football season. It was too cute to pass up. That night, we had BBQ chicken (again, from the crockpot haha!) After dinner, William had his bath and tried to escape while I was filling the tub. He crawled across the hall to the laundry room and looked back at me and laughed! He is so funny. We read some books and got him in the bed, and Robbie and I watched "Stepbrothers". I forgot how funny it was, we laughed and laughed!!
Robbie had Sunday off!! We were so excited! William was up EARLYYYY (6:45, vomit!) We finally came downstairs at 7:30 and he had his breakfast. I folded his laundry while he played some. I asked Robbie to bring up the laundry basket when we went upstairs for his nap, and he decided to throw William in along with the clothes. William thought it was so funny! While he napped, we watched a corny Lifetime movie. We had a quick lunch (William had his first turkey and cheese sandwich) and then we left to run some errands. We went to Michael's to look for birthday party things...then headed over to Southpoint mall to browse. William tried on new jackets for the winter. I think we have a winner below, he kept laughing when we put him in it! That night we had dinner at Kemp's and it was delicious!!! He loves their hushpuppies! We got home late and he had a quick bath and then went straight to sleep!! We had such a great weekend, wish it didn't have to be over!
